MAMEC - 17/07/2017- Nicotera
The meeting started with the arrival of the group. There were 7 participants from 3 partner organizations with Giovani per l’Europa as the organizator.
The list of the participants and the corresponding organizations is shown in the table below.

Participants were informed about possibilities of arrival to Nicotera two months before the meeting and received the meeting agenda before their arrival. They have been informed about the agenda for the forthcoming days. Participants were informed about place and time for the next day meeting. All participants except the hosts were accommodated in 1 B&B in the city center of Nicotera.
MAMEC – July, 18th 2017 – Nicotera
The meeting started with a short summary related to the results achieved until now, and it continued focusing on the implementation phase of the project.
The points discussed are as followed:
-TRAINING COURSE
The training course should be written by every partner it's chapter from July to the end of September .
Training Activities Preparation consists in creating some specific modules to be explained during the training course and then uploaded on the web for the e-learning course:
a)CRAFTS AND PARTY DECORATIONS + E-Commerce (Desa Dubrovnik, Croatia) 40 Pages
b)ORGANIZATION OF EVENTS + Technical English (Giovani per l’Europa, Italy) 20/30 + 10 pages
c)COMMUNITY MANAGER + ICT and Social Media (2 ESP EPAL Peiraira, Greece) 40 Pages
d)COURSES INTRODUCTIONS, AIMS AND OBJECTIVES (MAD for Europe, Spain)
Each partner must share its work and translate it into their own language by the 29th of September. By the 30th of October the course should be ready in every language. The chapter must be 40 pages (photo included) . The chapter must include both general information and specific examples taken from the EU Countries.
CHAPTER SCHEME:
BROUCHURE
Brochure Translation deadline before the end of September
It will be published online and printed. Everything must be written in English and then translated into your own language. This will include two of the best business ideas developed by the participants, Information, photos of the participants, of their works, info about them, ideas….
COURSE IN CLASSROOM
The participants will use e-learning materials on the platform for (already prepared by partners and translated in your own languages). The platform must be an open one in order to provide info to everyone who needs them.
This will reach an widest audience of beneficiaries, not only the selected participants of the target group.
It will be done through a web platform created just for this where all users can exchange materials and interact with an expert and other participants. Here will be deepen the three modules of the training course and further modules such as E-Commerce, Technical English, the ICT and Social Medias.
Interim REPORT
By the end of July an interim report Must be sent to the Project Coordinator
PREPARATION OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF LEARNERS
The same questionnaire will be delivered to learners, the first day of the course, at the end of the classroom and at the end of the e-learning course (Giovani per l’Europa).

PARTICIPATION IN A BEST PRACTICE VISITS
At the end of the transnational meeting the partnership had the opportunity of participating in the visits and interview of 4 business mothers who started a HBB in the local context.
