1st Meeting in Dubrovnik, Croatia (19-21/10/16)

The meeting started with the arrival of the group. There were 7 participants from 3 partner organizations with Giovani per l’Europa as the organizator.
All participants were located in private accommodation near by DEŠA's office. Participants wew informed about the meeting agenda and location of the meeting before they arrived to Dubrovnik. In total there were 4 participants form 2 different associations (Italian Partner Giovani per l'Europe couldn't attend the meeting) and 4 participants from Croatian host organization DEŠA – Dubrovnik.

For the first working day, the participants met at DEŠA's premisses where they kept meeting everyday for the daily activities. Croatian team welcomed the guests, then Spanish Partner introduced itself and then gave a presentation of the meeting agenda. To know each other better a round of presentations of each organization was made.
Croatian partner DEŠA was made a light lunch in their premisses. After lunch all partners were introduced to the all project activities and their relation to the topics of the project. Spanish partner gave general introduction applied in the field of helping women who wants to start a HBB Home - Based Business. All partners introduced specific situation of women unemployment in each partner country.
We finished day with walking tour through old town of Dubrovnik and then we had dinner at nearby restaurant owned by working mother who started with her own business.

On the second day partners were discussed organizational and operational rules and financial regulations. The time before lunch was dedicated for the discussion of the communication plan through e-mail, social media, web page and Wiki platform. The Greek partner is in charge for the Communicational plan. The exact activity plan, deadlines and roles of all partners were introduced. Partners agreed about the activity plan for the project firts year.

Third day meeting the participants had free time during morning and after that was the departure day and no activities were planned.
